TELEVISION SCHEDULE FOR 2021-22 SEASON

  • Seventy-four regular season games airing throughout South Florida on the network home for Panthers hockey
  • Florida Panthers vs. Tampa Bay Lightning preseason game on Tuesday, Oct. 5 provides first live look at the team

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Bally Sports Florida, the network home of the Florida Panthers, announced plans to produce and televise 74 regular season Panthers games as part of the 2021-22 National Hockey League season. Bally Sports Florida will also televise the Florida Panthers vs. Tampa Bay Lightning preseason game on Tuesday, Oct. 5 at 7 p.m. from the Amway Center in Orlando. The neutral site matchup between intrastate rivals will provide fans with their first live look at the Panthers ahead of the regular season.

Bally Sports Florida will celebrate opening night with a special one-hour pregame show beginning at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 14 when the Panthers host the Pittsburgh Penguins. Home game telecasts throughout the season will feature half-hour “Panthers Live”pregame shows along with extended postgame coverage from site. “Panthers Live” will originate from FLA Live Arena for home games.

Play-by-play announcer Steve “Goldie” Goldstein returns for his 15th season as the TV voice for Panthers hockey, while former Panthers defenseman and 13-year NHL veteran Randy Moller is back as color analyst providing viewers with expert insight throughout the season. This season marks three years together in the broadcast booth for the Goldstein-Moller pairing. “Panthers Live” hosts Craig Minervini and Jessica Blaylock will be joined once again by a pair of familiar blueliners. Former Panthers captain Ed Jovanovski and former NHL defenseman Jeff Chychrun return for their third season as pregame, postgame and intermission analysts. Katie Gaus rounds out the broadcast team in her third season as in-game reporter for select games.

Panthers games and programming airing on Bally Sports Florida will stream live on the Bally Sports app and on ballysports.com when a consumer authenticates through their pay-tv service. The popular “Inside the Panthers” series returns and will feature player profiles and episodes offering behind-the-scenes access to other aspects of the team and its operations — all designed to bring the fans closer to their favorite team. This season’s premiere episode, “Inside the Panthers: The Journey Begins,” will debut on opening night following the “Panthers Live” postgame show. Future episodes will be announced ahead of their premiere dates.
