A Jags Win Would Minimize Drama

After losing starting Quarterback, Nick Foles for the year and an 0-2 record to start the season, star Cornerback, Jalen Ramsey wants out of Jacksonville.

According to ESPN’s, Adam Schefter, “CB Jalen Ramsey’s agent asked for a trade after Sunday’s loss at Houston, league sources tell [Chris] Mortensen and me.”

“The Jaguars have spoken with interested teams, but there is no current plan to trade Ramsey.”

It has been reported that despite Ramsey’s latest trade request, he still wants to play on Thursday night if he’s still with the Jaguars. Distractions are to be expected and it’s not what Ramsey wanted.

Ramsey says, “Let’s be clear about something in regard to that: I didn’t leak that information,” “Me and my agent (David Mulugheta), we are not the ones who leaked that information. And I was very strict about that because I did not want it to get out. I didn’t want to be a distraction. I didn’t want everybody asking my teammates all type of questions throughout the week, so let me real clear about that.

“Me and my team, we was not the one that leaked that information because I thought about my teammates,” he added. “I thought about stuff like that, so y’all need to ask the other side or whoever.”

Jacksonville will look to host the Tennessee Titans on Thursday Night Football. As they seek to win their first game of the season in their week 3 matchup.

Jaguars rookie QB, Gardner Minshew said,“Four days … that’s a quick turnaround,” he said on Tuesday after the Jaguars practiced. “But we’ve got a lot of guys who have done it. I’m banking on their experience to get ready. We’re hungry every week. We’re attacking it just like we have been, but that sense of urgency is definitely there.”

Defensive Coordinator Todd Walsh said, “We’ve got a game coming up. We only have 16 of them. This is a big one, a divisional opponent. They know all of our focus is on getting ready for them and our players. … We are focused on Tennessee, not the situation.”
