Joes presented by Mambo’s Cuban Cafe When:Thursday, Nov. 14, 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. Where: Upper Club West, TIAA Bank Field Who:The Jacksonville Jaguars have partnered with Joint Forces Initiative to connect Jaguars players with active-duty troops deployed stateside.
