DALLAS – After a record-breaking freshman campaign, Aniya Hubbard was named the Conference USA Freshman of the Year, marking the first freshman of the year honor in program history. Against the Wildcats, Hubbard scored 12 points and narrowly missed recording her first career double-double, pulling down nine rebounds, while also recording four assists and a block.
