The Stoneman Douglas baseball team defeated West Broward 8-4 in the first round of the regional playoffs. The game started slow the strong offense of Stoneman Douglas came alive. Roman Anthony hit three doubles and Chris Arroyo hit two home runs. Christian Rodriguez was the winning pitcher. Coach Todd Fitz-Gerald was pleased with the win and is now looking forward to the next round against Taravella.
