“I don’t think [this loss] gets to us at all. I thought five-on-five was fine. A little disappointed in our powerplays—we gave up goals. You can’t give a team like [Tampa] goals late. We got in a little penalty trouble, and they score on the powerplay—they’re a great powerplay team. We know that going in, but it’s a hockey game. We showed our resilience, we showed our grit, we didn’t back down. We fought through adversity, outside influences, and played our game.”

- The Panthers franchise-record 13-game winning streak came to an end. It marked the longest winning streak by an NHL team this season.
- Florida concluded their home slate with a club-record and league-leading 34 wins (34-7-0). They posted three separate home winning streaks of at least nine games, and two streaks of 11 straight home wins. Their franchise-record 191 home goals (4.66 goals per game) are the most in one season since PIT recorded 215 in 1995-96.
- Florida’s 40.4 shots per game at home is the fourth-highest in NHL history, with only three other teams averaging more (BOS in 1969-70 & 1970-71, PHI in 1975-76).
- Sam Reinhart tallied two goals, his fifth multi-goal game this season, the second-most on Florida. His first goal marked his 30th of the season, becoming the fourth Panthers skater to reach 30 goals in 2021-22, the most in a season in franchise history. The Panthers and the Flames are the only two clubs with four 30-goal scorers this season.
- Reinhart’s second tally was his team-leading 15th power-play goal of the season, four shy of the single-season club record.

- Brandon Montour scored a goal for the second consecutive game. He has produced a point in each of his last three outings (2-1-3).
- Jonathan Huberdeau notched his league-leading 85th assist of the season, which was his club-record 54th home assist and 71st home point in 2021-22. His 54 home assists are tied for the 19th-most in a season in NHL history, while his 71 home points are tied with Joe Thornton (71 in 2005-06) for the third-most since 1996-97.
- Mason Marchment tallied his 18th goal of the season, extending his point streak to three games (2-3-5).
- Anton Lundell notched an assist for his 44th point (18-26-44) of the season, one shy of tying Kristian Huselius and Michael Frolik for the second-most points by a Florida rookie.
- Noel Acciari posted his eighth assist of the season, tying his career high from 2018-19.
- 12 different Panthers logged at least 20 points at FLA Live Arena this season, with five (Huberdeau, Reinhart, Barkov, Giroux, Ekblad) averaging over a point per game on home ice.
