Final ITA National Rankings
Tempe, Ariz. – The final Oracle/ITA National Rankings were released this week, with Lynn University’s men’s tennis team closing out the 2019 campaign tabbed No. 14 in the country.
After falling in the NCAA South Region I Championship and not advancing to the NCAA National Championships, the Fighting Knights fall five spots in the rankings from No. 9 to No. 14.
The Blue and White have been nationally ranked the entire spring season, debuting at No. 3 and holding within the top-20 throughout the year.
Barry takes over the top spot in the rankings after defeating Columbus State in the NCAA National Championship match.
In the singles rankings, Kay Bartmann (No. 33) and Jose Porfirio Ordonez (No. 69) close out the year nationally ranked. In doubles, Bartmann and Florian Clemares wrap up the year ranked No. 34 as a tandem.
