2 Big News For The Michigan Based Football Teams That Matter

On Monday, University of Michigan football fans received the news that Jim Harbaugh was returning as the Head Coach of the team. Some fans hate this, will he go to the NFL or not carousel every off season, lately. But, I think everyone forgot what it was like to have a coach with success leading the team. We could have Rich Rodriguez or Brady Hoke again. So be happy he’s back! It could be we get another coach and have a much lesser expectation moving forward with another coach at the helm.
For the Detroit Football Lions: Ben Johnson tells all interested teams he’s staying in Detroit! Which is amazing with the job he’s done as a 1st year Offensive Coordinator. The new play caller had Detroit earning its first ever season with 4k yards passing, and 2k yards rushing totals in the same season. Considering some of the former Lions players that have been on this roster, That’s Pretty Amazing!
Ben Johnson also stated he wouldn’t want to disappoint Dan Campbell. He said he wouldn’t even have to yell at him. Just knowing he let him down would hurt enough.
In other Michigan Wolverine news Offensive Coordinator Matt Weiss is under investigation for unlawful use of campus computers. Won’t say anymore until I have all the details. But I do know the incident happened in December of 2022. As soon as more info is released, I’ll share it.
