The first was versus in-state power UCF in the FAU Football Stadium and the second to Miami ended in a 1-1 draw. Oddly enough, the third-consecutive tie with the Canes brought their five-year record versus UM to 1-1-3. FIU is coming to Paradise following a loss to Oklahoma last week. The Panthers hold the all-time series at 22-13-3, but lost their last two outings versus the Owls, including a 2-0 win in Boca Raton in 2022. Thursday evening’s match will be aired on FAUSports.com. All home games at the FAU Soccer Stadium are free admission. On Sunday, the Owls will face Louisiana (1-0-1) for the ninth time in program history, after formerly sharing a conference affiliation. The all-time series stands at 4-4, with the Owls winning last year’s match by a 2-1 score in Boca Raton. The two teams will meet for the ninth time in program history.
