FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The second-ranked Nova Southeastern Sharks Women’s Tennis team improved to 2-0 on the season by defeating the Tampa Spartans 7-0 in Sunshine State Conference play on Saturday morning from the NSU Tennis Complex at Rolling Hills.

- Natalie Espinal and Freya Davies defeated Victoria Sanchez and Julie Ball 6-0
- Lian Benedejcic and Sofia Shing beat Kristina Miletic Nicole Cierniak 6-1
- Alexandra Weir teamed with Patricie Kubikova to win against Savannah Williams and Anine Wilberg 6-3
