FT. LAUDERDALE, FLA. – The reigning national champions, the second-ranked Nova Southeastern Women’s Tennis team secured a dominant 6-1 victory over the Florida Southern Mocs at the NSU Tennis Complex at Rolling Hills. The Sharks have now won 13 consecutive matches dating back to April 28th, 2024.

- Ita Habekovic and Kristyna Hranacova dominated Kennedi Brown and Kelly Klaren, winning 6-1.
- Isabella Ciancaglini and Sofia Shing secured a 6-3 victory over FSC’s Ronja Scheuermann and Emily Jennewein.
- Annika Berrendorf and Jolie Miller outlasted Noemie Dadoun and Julia Moraes, winning 6-4.
SINGLES
- Kristyna Hranacova cruised past Olivia Bryant with a commanding 6-2, 6-1 win.
- Ita Habekovic defeated Beatriz Costa in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2.
- Sofia Shing claimed a 6-2, 6-4 victory over Ronja Scheuermann.
- Isabella Ciancaglini overpowered Emily Jennewein with a dominant 6-2, 6-1 win.
- Kennedi Brown outlasted Noemie Dadoun in a three-set battle, 2-6, 7-5, 13-11.
- Julia Moraes took down Annika Berrendorf in a solid 6-2, 6-4 win.
No. 2 Nova Southeastern returns to the courts on Tuesday, February 25th, against #20 University of Tampa in SSC action at the Naimoli and Young Family Tennis Complex. First serve is set for 2pm.
