BOCA RATON, Fla. – Lynn University’s women’s lacrosse team had its inaugural game on Thursday evening in front of a packed house at Bobby Campbell Stadium, falling 16-11 to Roberts Wesleyan College.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
· Delaney Popella scored a team-high three goals and added one assist, converting all three shots on target.
· Sarah Shaffer scored twice and racked up two assists, adding two ground balls and three draw controls.
· Danielle Farinas also put in two goals on four shots.
· Isabella Clark, Carolyn Stein, Erin Bodmer and Madison Park each totaled a goal each.
· Victoria Wysocki-Christ (0-1) made seven saves on 23 shots.
