Women’s Basketball – Stupp, Graber named to All-SSC Teams

MELBOURNE, FLA. – The Sunshine State Conference released its 2024-25 All-SSC Women’s Basketball selections on Wednesday afternoon. Aubrey Stupp and Payton Graber were recognized by the SSC. Stupp earned All Sunshine State Conference First Team honors, while Graber was selected to the All-SSC Third Team and All-SSC Defensive Team.

Stupp is coming off an All-SSC third-team selection in the 2023-24 campaign. The graduate student has improved her play immensely this season, leading the Sharks in scoring at 14.5 points per game while shooting 50% from the field. The Ohio native had seven outings where she scored 20 or more points, including a career-high 31 points against Florida Southern (2/19). Stupp also earned Sunshine State Conference Player of the Week honors for the week of February 24 – March 2.

Graber is the Sharks Swiss army knife; she has made an immediate impact since joining the Sharks, leading the team in rebounds (134), assists (100), and steals (55). The New York native also ranks fifth in steals (1.9) and sixth in assists (3.4) per game in the league, respectively. Graber has had 15 outings with two or more steals, including a season-high five steals against Florida Southern (2/19). The junior’s stellar defensive play led to her earning SSC Defensive Player of the Week honors from February 17 – February 23.

The Nova Southeastern Sharks finished the 2024-25 regular season with a 23-5 record, 16-4 in the Sunshine State Conference. The Sharks have advanced to the SSC Semifinals after taking down PBA in the quarterfinals Tuesday night. NSU will face the Tampa Spartans in a rematch of last year’s Sweet 16 matchup on Thursday, March 6th. Tip-off is set for 7 PM.
