GAINESVILLE, Fla. – It was a Gator sweep of coaching honors in the Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA) Region 5 honors announced today.
Florida’s Jenny Rowland earns her second regional coach of the year honor and first since she swept Southeastern Conference, region and national coaching honors in 2020.
Region 5 assistant coach of the year honors also went to Florida’s trio of Associate Head Coaches Adrian Burde and Owen Field along with Assistant Coach Jeremy Miranda. This is the eighth time Burde has won the honor, sharing the 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2020 awards with Field.
Florida’s Associate Athletics Director Kim Green is the WCGA Region 5 Administrator of the Year. Green, a former member of the NCAA Gymnastics Committee, receives her fourth WCGA Region 5 Administrator in 2025.

Next Up for the Gators:
Gators head to Fort Worth, Texas, next week for the NCAA Championships. This will be Florida’s 41st appearance in the NCAA Gymnastics Championships’ 43-year history.
No. 3 seed Florida joins three other Southeastern Conference teams – No. 2 Oklahoma, No. 7 Missouri and No. 11 Alabama – in April 17’s opening semifinal. Since the Four on the Floor format began in 2019, this is the first time an entire semifinal session contained teams all from the same conference.
