Seats For Service Opportunity When Bulls Face SMU on Nov. 12 in Raymond James Stadium

TAMPA, NOV. 4, 2022 – When the USF Football takes on SMU on Sat., Nov. 12 in a noon kickoff at Raymond James Stadium in the annual Salute to Service Game presented by Paul Davis, fans will be able to support service members and their families through their own purchase of tickets to the game.
The Seats for Service event, coordinated through Vet Tix, sponsors current military service members and veterans to attend the Bulls game vs. the Mustangs by receiving free tickets when fans purchase tickets to the game.
Fans have the option of three packages ranging from $125 to $500 that can sponsor 25 to 100 military personnel to attend the game. Fans purchasing packages will receive their own tickets to the game, a souvenir hat with the patriotic version of the Bull “U” on it and will help to send military personnel to the game. The ticket packages are below:
GOLD ($500) – Sponsor 100 military personnel to attend
• Receive: 4 lower level seats, 1 USF patriot hat
GREEN ($250) – Sponsor 50 military personnel to attend
• Receive 4 lower level seats, 1 USF patriot hat
WHITE ($150) – Sponsor 25 military personnel to attend
• Receive 2 lower level seats, 1 USF patriot hat

Last year, Bulls fans donated 12,000 tickets to current military service members and veterans to attend the Seats for Service game. This year, there are already 6,000 tickets sponsored ahead of the Nov. 12 game.
ABOUT USF FOOTBALL
The USF football program first took the field in 1997 and celebrated its 25th season in 2021 while breaking ground on a $22 million Indoor Performance Facility. The Bulls have posted 15 winning seasons, earned 16 All-America selections, including 2021 consensus All-American Brian Battie, and 31 first-team all-conference selections. USF has had 30 players selected in the NFL Draft and has made 10 bowl games appearances (going 6-4 in those games), posting a program-record six straight appearances from 2005-2010 and most recently making four straight bowl appearances from 2015-18. The Bulls posted back-to-back 10-win seasons in 2016 and 2017, logging a program-record 11-2 mark in 2016 while finishing both seasons ranked in the Top 25. USF spent a program-record 20 straight weeks ranked in the Top 25 during the 2016 and 2017 seasons and reached as high as No. 2 in the national rankings during the 2007 season.
