Coming off the program’s first ever NCAA Super Regional appearance in 2021, USF opened its 2022 campaign with an 18-7 record during non-conference play before injuries decimated the roster. Only seven players remain on the 2023 roster from the Super Regional team. The Bulls welcome 11 freshmen and eight transfers to the 2023 squad after USF had four players selected in the 2022 MLB Draft – the most by any team in the American Athletic Conference.
