Athletics Partners With From Now On for Mobile Fan App and Digital Ticketing Integration
Mobile platform currently serves 80-plus colleges, conferences and teams nationwide
TAMPA, OCT. 6, 2020 – USF has moved to digital ticketing for all athletics events starting in 2020-21 and is excited to announce a new partnership with From Now On, a national leader in the space, to produce a fully integrated and personalized mobile experience for Bulls fans.
The new USF Bulls fan app hosted on From Now On’s FanX platform launches this week and will be available to USF Athletics fans for download for free in the app store. The new app provides not only a fully digital and easy solution to Bulls fans’ ticketing needs, but will integrate several other elements to elevate fans experience both in-venue and out. FanX is a mobile communications platform designed to enhance the fan experience on game day at the stadium, at home or on the go.
“Our team is so excited to help South Florida Athletics launch this new marketing and communications platform for engaging fans and enhancing game day,” From Now On CEO Sue Thaden said. “We’ve been really impressed with how much care they have put into the fan experience, and USF’s investment into mobile ticketing this fall should greatly benefit their fan base. We are looking forward to cheering the Bulls on as they compete for championships in the American Athletic Conference this season and beyond! Go Bulls!”
Fans will have their first opportunity to use the app for mobile ticketing when the Bulls’ football team takes on ECU in a homecoming clash on Saturday, Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. in Raymond James Stadium.
Fans can also access the app for game day information and venue guides, schedules, rosters, statistics and more info concerning Bulls athletics. Through a full integration with Ticketmaster, SideArm Sports (USF’s athletics website provider) and iHeart Radio, fans can not only service all their ticket needs through the app, but can access information, photos and features on the Bulls and listen to digital radio broadcasts on Bulls Unlimited channels 1 and 2. Fans can also participate in special contests and games on the app.
“This is an exciting new step for athletics as we move to a fully digital ticketing and information experience,” USF Vice President of Athletics Michael Kelly said. “I’m proud of the work our team has put in to create an easy and fun experience for our fans to follow the Bulls and purchase and organize all their ticketing needs.”
Tickets for the 2020 season may be purchased by calling/texting 1-800-Go-Bulls or visiting GoUSFBulls.com and clicking the “Tickets” link on the top menu bar.
