TAMPA, SEPT. 26, 2019 – Bulls fans will now have an additional, full-time option for USF Athletics content as Vice President of Athletics Michael Kelly announced Thursday the launch of Bulls Unlimited 2 on the iHeart Radio app, USF’s second 24/7 digital radio channel.
Bulls Unlimited 2 debuts Thursday with live play-by-play coverage of the No. 16-ranked USF women’s soccer team’s conference opener against Tulsa at 7 p.m. from Corbett Stadium. Fans will also be treated to Jim Louk’s newest episode of the Archive Room, a look back at the football team’s 10-year anniversary of its momentous victory against Florida State. Meanwhile, the USF Football Radio Show with head coach Charlie Strong will stream live on Bulls Unlimited 1.
“We are very excited to not only be one of the few collegiate programs nationally to have a 24/7 dedicated digital radio channel, but to now add a second channel that will give us the bandwidth and flexibility to provide live coverage of so many USF Athletics events,” Vice President of Athletics Michael Kelly said. “The daily content on both Bulls Unlimited 1 and Bulls Unlimited 2 is both entertaining and informative and an absolute must listen for Bulls fans across the globe that can now tune in to a crisp signal linking them to their favorite team anywhere they may be.”
Bulls Unlimited 1, which launched in August 2017 as just the second dedicated digital radio channel in collegiate athletics, continues as the main channel for daily Bulls athletics coverage and, starting in the 2019-20 season, will be the exclusive broadcast home for play-by-play of all USF men’s and women’s basketball games. Bulls Unlimited 1 will also be the exclusive home for the USF Basketball Radio Show featuring men’s head coach Brian Gregory.
Bulls Unlimited 1 and 2 will continue to broadcast live football, basketball, baseball, softball soccer and volleyball play-by-play. The addition of Bulls Unlimited 2 will allow fans to listen to the game of their choice in the event that two games are occurring simultaneously.
Along with live play-by-play, Bulls Unlimited 2 will provide additional coverage that will include press conferences, exclusive interviews and podcasts, and replays of games and original shows to give fans a chance to catch up on anything they missed.
Fans are encouraged to follow @bullsunlimited on Twitter for daily schedule of content for both channels.
