Featuring nearly 9,000 elementary & middle school students from 75 schools at Yuengling Center
USF Athletics will host its annual Women’s Basketball “Education Day” Game on Thursday, Nov. 30 at Yuengling Center.

• student arrivals approximately an hour before tip
STORYLINES:
• 75 Bay Area elementary and middle schools will be represented by 9,000 students and chaperones coming to the game.
• The annual event is “SOLD OUT” for the first time in its history, with all available seats for students allocated and a waiting list for participating schools
• Students receive an activity book, crayons, shakers and lunch at the arena and cheer on the bulls in their late morning tipoff in the LOUDEST DAY OF THE YEAR in Yuengling Center. Numerous busses will be dropping the students off pregame.
• Current ticket distribution will make this THE HIGHEST ATTENDED HOME GAME in USF women’s basketball history.
• USF organizers and school representatives are available UPON REQUEST for interviews on the day of the event.
• USF organizers are packing and distributing in the arena 9,000 bags for students, this process began this week and will continue into next week. We are happy to provide availability to talk to organizers and shoot this process being conducted by volunteer staff.
