On September 11, the City of Coral Springs will remember the 20th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks on our nation with a ceremony in front of the 9/11 monument located at the Northwest Regional Library (3151 North University Drive). Residents are invited to attend to honor the victims and heroes at 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 11th. The City of Coral Springs is joining the movement and celebrating World Clean Up Day on September 18 starting at 9:00 a.m., with a “Keep Coral Springs Beautiful” clean-up event. Individuals who are interested in volunteering must be 14 years old or older. Volunteer hours are eligible for high school service hour credibility. Once registered, volunteers will receive via email their assigned location. On September 24, starting at 5:30 p.m. Coral Springs will celebrate the return of Bites-N-Sips with a Hispanic flair in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month!
