Sparkman, a two-time All-ASUN honoree, is a right-handed pitcher from Canton, Ga.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida softball head coach Tim Walton announced the addition of Allison Sparkman to the program on Friday afternoon.
Sparkman, a transfer right-handed pitcher, is a rising junior and has two years of eligibility remaining.
“We’re really excited to add Allison Sparkman to our program.” Walton said.
“Allison brings in a lot of experience in the circle. We believe she will be a great complement to our pitching staff.”
Sparkman holds a 2.09 career ERA in 274 innings pitched in addition to a .219 opposing batting average.
She owns a career record of 30-18 with 15 complete games, six shutouts, three saves and 153 strikeouts.
The Canton, Ga., native, was a two-time All-Atlantic Sun Conference honoree at FGCU and led the Eagles in ERA both seasons.
As a sophomore, she posted a 18-12 record and owned a 2.35 ERA in 169.2 innings pitched, throwing 45% of FGCU’s total innings in 2025.
She tossed 14 complete games, recording a pair of saves and 98 strikeouts.
