UF MTN: Jin Falls in Round One of NCAA Individual Tournament

Jin ends his fall tournament season in Waco,Texas

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -Jeremy Jin<https://floridagators.com/sports/mens-tennis/roster/jeremy-jin/16118> fell in his first-round matchup of the NCAA Men’s Singles Tournament to Michael Zheng of Columbia 6-1, 6-2. The loss concludes the 2024 fall singles season for the Gators. Jin finishes his season with an 8-4 singles record during the Fall tournament season.

This is year one of a two-year pilot for the singles and doubles championships to be conducted in the fall, with the team championships continuing to be in the spring.

Doubles pair Tanapatt Nirundorn<https://floridagators.com/sports/mens-tennis/roster/tanapatt-nirundorn/16114> and Henry Jefferson<https://floridagators.com/sports/mens-tennis/roster/henry-jefferson/16661> will compete on Wednesday, Nov.19. The duo will face Cooper Williams and Theo Winegar of Duke.
