For the first time since 2015, the Gators and the Seminoles face off at the Scott Speicher Memorial Tennis Center
GAINESVILLE, Fla. -The Florida Gators men’s tennis team is set to face in-state foe No. 15 Florida State on Friday at 5:30 p.m. at the Scott Speicher Memorial Tennis Center. While the two teams have traditionally met at the USTA National Campus in recent years, this will be the first time in a decade that the rivalry is played in Seminole territory.
The Gators look to build on their early-season momentum as they take on a tough Florida State squad in a highly anticipated road test.
LAST TIME OUT
The Gators are coming off of a challenging weekend in New York, taking one win against Middle Tennessee and one loss to then-ranked No. 7 Columbia during ITA Weekend. Florida picked up its first loss of the season moving to 2-1 in dual action.
