The Florida men’s golf team will travel to Franklin, Tenn. to compete in the Vanderbilt Legends Collegiate from Oct. 25 through Oct. 27.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida men’s golf team returns to competition after a 20-day hiatus to compete in the Vanderbilt Legends Collegiate, hosted by Vanderbilt University. This tournament features all 14 SEC men’s programs and will begin on Sunday, Oct. 25, with a champion being named at the conclusion of the third round on Tuesday, Oct. 27.
Format: Each team will compete in 54 holes of stroke play over three days beginning on Sunday, Oct. 25 and continuing through Tuesday, Oct. 27. Play will begin for Florida on Sunday at 11:25 a.m. ET as they tee it up on the first hole. The event is being held without spectators due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Course Information: Competition is being held at the Vanderbilt Legends Club on the Par 71, 7,221-yard North Course.

The Field: Florida will compete against all 13 other SEC programs for the second time this fall.
Tournament History: This is the first time the Legends Club will host the Vanderbilt Legends Collegiate. However, this will be the fourth time that Florida will compete at the Legends Golf Course as Vanderbilt hosts the annual Mason Rudolph Championship. History has been kind to the Gators in Franklin, Tenn. Competing for the first time in 2016, the Florida men’s golf team has not finished outside of the top 5 at Legends, finishing second, first and fourth respectively from 2016 through 2018.
Up Next: The Gators will conclude their fall schedule in Vestavia Hills, Ala. at the annual Jerry Pate National Intercollegiate, beginning on Nov. 9.
