Florida went 2-0 in their opening week, including a victory over No. 10 Johns Hopkins.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida lacrosse team checked in at No. 5 of the IWLCA Coaches Poll, announced Monday morning. The Gators went 2-0 this past week, with a road win over 10th ranked Johns Hopkins and a home win against Kennesaw State.
Florida’s remaining schedule features seven teams ranked in the current top 25, including a home matchup against No. 3 North Carolina on Saturday at 12 p.m.
The IWLCA rankings are based on weekly performances, with the poll set to be released each Monday throughout the season. Below is a full list of the rankings.
