Florida had three players earn rankings in the top 50, along with two others being named to the watchlist.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Gators lacrosse freshman class of 2024 had five total players named to the ILWomen Class of 2024 Power 100 rankings, announced by Inside Lacrosse Wednesday morning.
UF had three players in the top 50, headlined by freshman attacker Clark Hamilton who came in at No. 21 in the rankings. Midfielder Gabby Greene logged in at No. 35 and goalkeeper Susan Radebaugh clocked in at No. 50. Midfielder Chiara Scichilone and defender Riley Zusi earned bids to the Watch List.
The Power 100 Rankings have the top 50 freshmen ranked 1-50 and players 51-100 are named to the Watch List. The Gators are one of 29 schools to have a player in the Power 100 Rankings, and just one of nine programs to have three or more players in the top 50.
Florida is coming off a historic 2024 campaign, where they won their 11th consecutive Conference Tournament Championship and reached the NCAA Final Four for the second time in program history. UF returns four starters (Theresa Bragg, Kaitlyn Davies, Ashley Dyer and Elyse Finnelle) from last year’s Final Four team and will look to continue success in their first season apart of the Big 12 conference.
