The Gators hold five open practices this week ahead of Sunday’s home doubleheader vs. Stetson.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Fresh off a victory over rival Georgia in Jacksonville, the Florida baseball team will hold five open practices including four intrasquad scrimmages in advance of this Sunday’s 2 p.m. exhibition doubleheader against Stetson at Condron Family Ballpark.
The Orange & Blue is set to scrimmage on Monday (~3:45 p.m.), Tuesday (~3 p.m.), Thursday (~4:15 p.m.) and Friday (~4:15 p.m.). The team is off on Saturday and there is no scrimmage scheduled for Wednesday’s practice.
All fall practices and scrimmages are open to the public. Fans can access the concourse through Gate 3 of Condron Family Ballpark (located directly behind home plate).
Gates 1-3 will open to the general public at 1 p.m. for the Gators’ Sunday doubleheader vs. Stetson, with first pitch set for 2 p.m. The format for the exhibition is two seven-inning games.
