Firing 5 2/3 shutout innings for the Orange & Blue in game two, King’s fourth victory of the season clinched the series for the Gators. The true freshman allowed just four hits and one walk vs. the Tigers while striking out seven batters – one shy of matching his career high.
King needed just 79 pitches to come within one out of notching his third quality start of the year.
