BIRMINGHAM – As opening day for UAB baseball’s 2020 season approaches, the Blazers are providing multiple deals for fans ready to hit the diamond.
Fans may secure baseball season tickets by purchasing the 2020 Gold Card for $65. The Gold Card is an exclusive offer that grants you admission into all baseball, softball and women’s basketball events for the remainder of the academic year. Fans can purchase the Triple Play mini plan, which allows the choice of one premium game, one additional in-state opponent and one conference Saturday game for $15. Another mini plan option is the Saturday Pack where fans can bundle three of the nine home Saturday baseball games for $15 regardless of the home venue.
Single game ticket pricing will be identical to last season and can be purchased here. Games at Regions Field will cost $7 per adult, $5 per youth and $5 for group tickets (groups of 20 or more). Premium games at Regions Field against Notre Dame, Auburn, Alabama and Mississippi State will be $10 for adults, $6 for youth and $5 for group tickets. Tickets for games played at Young Memorial Field are $5 for adults, $3 for youth and $2 for groups of 20 or more.
The Blazers are slated to open the 2020 season with a home series against Notre Dame Feb. 14-16. The first two games will be played at Regions Field with the series finale being held at Young Memorial Field.
The 2020 UAB Baseball schedule features 34 home games, including 23 at Regions Field. UAB will also host three SEC opponents in Auburn, Alabama and Mississippi State. The Tigers and Bulldogs are each a year removed from advancing into the 2019 College World Series.
