The Survey That Keep Giving

Every survey, be it a basic model or a deep-dive diagnostic, is designed to present a picture of strengths and weaknesses-the good and the bad. The Survey Maven in charge of the survey project now believes they discovered the silver bullet to improving the business revenue. They plan to use those results to make recommendations, take actions, and with great anticipation, become the “Change Maker.

Taking corrective action becomes a HUGE barrier for lots of reasons; 1. Fear or lack of authorization to make any changes; 2. Willingness to make change; 3. Disruption caused that change will make; 4. Resentment as people hate change or feel threatened from change activities; and 100 more reasons.
