2/25 Update on Spring Training Despite its best efforts, Major League Baseball has not yet been able to reach a new collective bargaining agreement with the Major League Baseball Players Association. Due to the ongoing negotiations, MLB has notified all Clubs that it is no longer possible to play Spring Training games through March 7 as originally scheduled. We continue to be disappointed that we are not able to start as scheduled and apologize for any inconvenience this causes you. MLB is working to get the game back on the field as quickly as possible. If you purchased Spring Training tickets directly from Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, you will have the option to be issued an account credit to be used for a future game or receive a refund. If you purchased tickets from a secondary ticket provider, including StubHub, MLB’s Official Fan‐to‐Fan Ticket Marketplace, please reach out to them directly to explore your options. Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium will adhere to the following ticket policies, in accordance with today’s announcement: Individual game ticket buyers who purchased their tickets through Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, at the Box Office or online, will automatically receive a full refund, including any applicable service fees, for any games between February 26th, 2022, through March 7th, 2022, on the card used to make the purchase(s). Mini-Plan ticket buyers will automatically receive a full refund for the value of their individual tickets for games from February 26th, 2022, through March 7th, 2022, on the card used to make the purchase(s), or via check. Season Ticket Holders will be offered a full refund for their individual tickets for games from February 26th, 2022, through March 7th, 2022, in the form of account credit for future tickets, money returned to the card used to make the purchase(s), or via check. Representatives from Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium will be in contact with these account holders. Group Ticket Holders that have reservations for any games from February 26th, 2022, through March 7th, 2022, will be offered the opportunity to select a new date in 2022 (pending availability) or will receive a full refund on the card used to make the purchase(s), or via check. Representatives from Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium will be in contact with Group Leaders. MLB is working diligently to reach a new agreement with the MLBPA as soon as possible without any further disruption to the Spring Training schedule. It is also important to note that the 2022 MLB regular season schedule has not been altered and every effort is being made to reach a new agreement in time to play a full 162 game season.
