The City of Pompano Beach is partnering with the Broward Sheriff’s Office, Broward County Government and the Florida Department of Health to host a free Community Safety Day on Saturday, June 11th at 900 NW 27th Avenue from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Community Safety Day serves as a community-building opportunity for the public to learn about emergency services, local resources and potential safety hazards. The event will include an interactive experience, demonstrations, giveaways, food trucks and more.
Activities will include:
- K-9 demonstration
- Broward County Sheriff’s Office and Fire-Rescue Fire vehicles display
- Fire safety and fire alarm giveaway
- COVID-19 vaccines
