Pompano Beach to accept partnership requests

From David Volz

The City of Pompano Beach will be accepting online nonprofit partnership requests from April 6th until May 1st for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027. The City receives nonprofit partnership requests once a year via the City’s website at http://pompanobeachfl.gov/community. Nonprofit organizations need to provide services/programs that are beneficial to the residents of the City of Pompano Beach and that expand the services the City is currently not in a position to provide to the residents. In addition, nonprofit organizations should work to achieve our strategic goals and highlight our rich cultural makeup as a community. Strategic Philanthropy, Inc. will be administering the Nonprofit Program on behalf of the City of Pompano Beach.

Due to the number of requests the City of Pompano Beach receives, the City has prioritized its giving to two funding priorities that align with the City’s Strategic Plan 2021-2036. The nonprofit organizations supported by the City play a key role in advancing the Strategic Plan’s vision for a thriving community. The City’s funding priorities are organized under two main strategic priorities: Workforce-focused Excellence and Community-focused Excellence.
