FORT WORTH, Texas – No. 11 Temple won its third game in as many days, taking out No. 3 Charlotte, 58-54, in the quarterfinals of the 2024 American Men’s Basketball Championship on Friday, March 15 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.

With the win, the Owls (15-19) advanced to the semifinals and No. 2 Florida Atlantic on Saturday, March 15 at 5 p.m. ET/4 p.m. CT. The Owls became the first double-digit seed to win three games in Championship history and is the lowest seed to advance to the semifinals.
