IRVING, Texas – Nine different student-athletes from the American Athletic Conference will compete at the 2024 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, which are scheduled for March 7-9 at the TRACK at New Balance in Boston, Massachusetts. ESPN+ will stream the championships live starting at 9:30 a.m. Eastern time Friday, March 8 and starting at 11:30 a.m. Eastern time Saturday, March 9. There will be a re-air of the championships at 9 p.m. Eastern time on Monday, March 11 on ESPNU.
Rice led all American members with three entrants (two women, one man) eligible to take part in individual events. South Florida has two men entrants, while Wichita State’s Destiny Masters will have double duty in high jump and the pentathlon. Charlotte, SMU and UTSA will be adding one women’s competitor.
