Major League Baseball today announced the qualifier teams assigned to each World Baseball Classic Pool. As part of this reveal, Team Nicaragua has been scheduled to join Pool D and play in Miami for the first round against the Dominican Republic, Israel, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela.
A limited inventory of Round 1 ticket strips for Nicaragua will be made available on Thursday, Oct. 20 at 10 AM at Marlins.com/WBC.
Priority tickets for the World Baseball Classic remain available to Marlins Members, who have access to secure the best seats to catch all the action during each round of the tournament. loanDepot park is the Home of Béisbol, becoming the first-ever facility to host games for all three rounds of the World Baseball Classic, and only Members have priority access to lock in their spot for the semi-final matchups and championship game.
