NEW YORK, NY (April 25, 2023) —The NFL announced today an epic showdown between Atlanta-based collective AMP and Texas-based creator collective RDCWorld, who will compete in a creator Flag football game at NFL Draft in Kansas City, Mo. The game between two of the most popular content creator teams in the world will take place from 1pm-3pm CST on Saturday, April 29, at the Flag Football Field inside NFL Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards, the NFL’s interactive football theme park located in the South Lawn of the National WWI Museum and Memorial. Fans are encouraged to arrive early at 12pm CST. The matchup between AMP and RDCWorld is a part of a series of creator Flag football games, which started at Super Bowl LVI in Los Angeles.

With competitive social media exchanges between AMP and RDCWorld recently, the two creator collectives have history. AMP and RDCWorld recently played one another in dodgeball, with RDCWorld winning their last matchup, but this will be the first time the two collectives come together to compete in Flag football.

The game will consist of 6-on-6 players, with NFL legends MICHAEL VICK and ROBERT GRIFFIN III playing quarterback for AMP and RDCWorld respectively. With rules and officiating from RCX Sports, the NFL’s Flag football operating partner, the game will feature Miami Dolphins wide receiver TYREEK HILL and NFL Legend and sports personality ANDREW HAWKINS as hosts and NFL Legend now comedian and content creator LOU YOUNG and award-winning actor and content creatorADAM W as the sideline reporter. VICTOR SOLOMON, the renowned trophy artist and designer, will also create the official trophy for the champion of the creator Flag football game. Additionally, each team will donate $10,000 via NFL Foundation, which will go to Greater Kansas City YMCA and Lee’s Summit Football Association, two youth programs in the Kansas City area.

The NFL’s ongoing collaborations with creator collectives, as well as its series of creator Flag football games, are key parts of the league’s strategy to authentically connect with younger fans and keep the brand fresh and modern. The NFL previously partnered with AMP for its series of creator Flag football games at last year’s Draft and Super Bowl LVI, with the videos bringing in over 2.7MM views and 3.6MM views respectively.
