Men’s Basketball – Iraldi, Cisarik Garner SSC Weekly Award Recognition

MELBOURNE, Fla. – The Sunshine State Conference announced the Players of the Week, presented by Pollo Campero, for the week of December 9th through 15th on Monday afternoon. MJ Iraldi (Player of the Week) and Ryker Cisarik (Defensive Player of the Week), representing the top-ranked Nova Southeastern Sharks Men’s Basketball team, were both recognized for their performances in a pair of games.  

For the week, Iraldi averaged 23 points-per-game, while shooting 50% from the field and 42% from beyond the arc, adding five steals and six assists. In the first clash for the “County-Line Cup,” Iraldi scored a career-high 33 points, tallying three steals, adding four rebounds and three steals.  

This is the second Sunshine State Conference Player of the Week award of Iraldi’s career.  

Cisarik was sensational on both ends of the floor for the Sharks, leading NSU to a pair of victories. In a game versus Fort Lauderdale, Cisarik recorded a career-high five blocks, while adding a game-high 22 points. Against Barry, Cisarik tallied 16 points, recording four steals and two blocks.  

This is the second Sunshine State Conference Player of the Week award of Cisarik’s season and NSU tenure.
