BOCA RATON, Fla. – Junior forward Baba Miller of the Florida Atlantic men’s basketball team was named one of the five American Athletic Conference Honorable Mention recipients of the week announced by the league office on Monday afternoon. It is his second weekly honor of the season
The Owls beat Tulsa 79-55 on Saturday afternoon to mark their third consecutive 20+ point conference victory of the season. From making threes to dunks and no-look passes, Miller was a key contributor in the win over the Golden Hurricane with 17 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists, recording his fifth double-double of his career as an Owl. The Mallorca, Spain native went lights out from beyond the arc, going 3-for-3 on the day.

The Owls will face the Charlotte 49ers for a Big Monday matchup on ESPN2 at 9 p.m. They will then travel to Philadelphia to take on Temple on Sunday, Feb. 16, at noon.
