Both teams will enter match week three in the AAC at 0-1-1 in league play. Temple broke the through first after an FAU failed clearance in the 69th minute. Edgar Bazan’s shot to the lower left post was just out of reach for goalkeeper Nacho Alfaro. Florida Atlantic found the equalizer a little more than five minutes later. Aboubacar Traore’s shot was saved, but the rebound fell directly into the path of Noah Kvifte who tapped it in for his third goal of the season. Neither side could find the winner in the final 15 minutes.
