BELLEAIR, Fla. – Florida Atlantic men’s golf (+12) is in 12th place after one round at the American Conference Championship.

Juan Delgado’s round of even-par led the Owls on Friday. The senior circled four birdies, two on each side, and is tied for 15th.
Max Sturdza sits at +2, in a tie for 31st. Starting on the back nine, the Swiss native went out in 37 but steadied the ship with an even-par 35 on the front side.
Charlotte’s Conor Gough leads the medalist race at -4. SMU is on top of the team standings at -3 with two rounds to go.
