(On how he thinks the team responded after losing to the Patriots Monday night) “We need to stop shooting ourselves in the foot. Communication is probably our biggest problem right now, especially up front. We all need to be on the same page and lack of communication is hurting us, and execution. We go back and look at the tape and be our own worst critic and we have to clean that up.”
(On giving up eight sacks in today’s game) “That’s tough, especially being up front in the game. It’s always tough when you have an eight-sack game. It’s always tough to even have a one-sack game. We have to go back and figure out what works for us and what doesn’t work for us. We need to find what does and keep running with that.”
(On next week’s divisional game against the Miami Dolphins) “That’s always huge. A division (game) is worth twice as much. Especially on the road and get a win on the road would be huge for us. And then start the second half of the season on a positive note.”
(On facing a winless Dolphins team next week) “They say anything can happen on any given Sunday for a reason. We just have to prepare and be professionals about our job and go down there and execute.”
