(On an injury update for RB James Robinson) “[He’s] day-to-day. I think we’re going to get him moving  around today. He was out there yesterday, too. Bruised that you just—pain threshold—and he’s a  tough, tough cat, so we’ll know more in the next couple days, obviously.”

(On RB James Robinson’s progress throughout the week) “Oh he’s a monster. Yeah, he’s [one of the]  toughest guys I’ve been around.”

(On what changes if RB James Robinson doesn’t play on Sunday) “We have a lot of confidence in Carlos  [Hyde], I have a great history with him and he’s played well this year. He came in and he’s done what  we’ve asked him to do and he’s really talented. But you’re down one—arguably the most productive  player on offense.”

(On whether they can make up for RB James Robinson’s pass protection) “Carlos [Hyde], I know he had a  [not great] one last week. But the one thing [Jaguars Running Back Coach] Bernie Parmalee—and then  we were … James [Robinson] was not a good pass protector last year, he has really worked his tail off.  He’s excellent now. I have confidence in Carlos and OG [Dare Ogunbowale] is another guy I love to  death. [He’s] one of our best special teams guys. We brought Zig back, Devine Ozigbo. So, yeah, if he  doesn’t play—I still expect positive [news] day-to-day.”

(On whether RB James Robinson has just been doing mental reps) “Yeah, mental reps. He took all. He’s  going to do a walkthrough today. And so, mental reps is actually you physically stand behind the ball  carrier and do your footwork and all of that. And he’s been doing that all week.”

(On how the offensive line has accepted the challenge) “We are down two studs there. I mean,  [Brandon] Linder is my guy and he’s a Jaguar, he’s a leader, he’s the apex of the offense. And [Tyler]  Shatley is a veteran guy that has done pretty good. But to say that we don’t miss Linder, that’s incorrect.  And then A.J. [Cann] was playing some pretty good ball for us, too. [Ben] Bartch has done very good and  then Will [Richardson Jr.]. So, we didn’t play our best against the Seahawks, this would be the biggest  challenge we’ve had so far. Because every one of them are outstanding players.”

(On whether there’s any interest in picking up free agent WR DeSean Jackson) “I’m focused on the Bills  and I don’t … [Jaguars General Manager] Trent [Baalke] and I haven’t met this morning, but we will.”

(On measuring up against the Buffalo Bills) “Well, the [Miami] Dolphins hung in there pretty tight with  them. It’s no secret that this team has been built the right way, they’ve done an excellent job. I think we  talked about it earlier in the week, all three levels of offense and defense are very well put together.  Maybe the most complete team I’ve seen on film so far.”

(On how the Buffalo Bills have developed their own players) “Well, that’s what Trent [Baalke] and I are  talking about. Some people try to build by free agency, some people try to build by draft, obviously  that’s the best way to do it, historically. The best teams are the ones that take care of their own and  spot some free agents. We have got to keep building in the draft and spotting some free agents.”
