In celebration of the holiday The Casino @ Dania Beach’s award-winning Chef Johnny Alarcon has created a festive Easter menu that includes favorites like pear gorgonzola salad with candied pecans, baked ham and roasted turkey breast carving stations, and brunch staples like cocktail shrimp, bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs.
