Fans will have the chance to wear customized t-shirts of their favorite student-athletes from across seven Florida athletic programs.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Fanatics and OneTeam have partnered with the Florida Gators once again for another opportunity that will allow student athletes to earn compensation from combining official university trademarks with their name, image and likeness (NIL) starting this fall through the tees program.
Athletes will have the opportunity to have personalized t-shirts with their name and number sold through the Gator Sport shop, Fanatics.com and its’ extensive network of sites around the country. The Fanatics name & number tees program is expected to launch during the 2022-23 athletic season.
Fall sports consisting of football, volleyball and soccer will jumpstart the program, while winter and spring sports such as men’s and women’s basketball, baseball and softball will all be onboarded in a phased approach throughout the year.
