Florida Places 79 on SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll

Today’s Announcement Gives UF 378 on 2021-22 SEC Academic Honor Rolls – Equaling School Record

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The University of Florida saw 79 student-athletes named to the 2021-22 Southeastern Conference First-Year Academic Honor Roll by league commissioner Greg Sankey. Grades from the 2021-22 academic year determine the 2022 SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll.

Today’s announcement brings Florida’s total of student-athletes named to a 2021-22 SEC Academic Honor Roll to 378 – equaling the record set in 2020-21. Florida placed 299 on SEC Academic Honor Rolls (110 on fall list; 65 winter, 124 on spring) and 79 on the First-Year Honor Roll.

2022 NCAA champions Anna Hall (pentathlon & heptathlon) and Jasmine Moore (indoor & outdoor long and triple jump) earned spots on SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll. Moore was named the SEC (Indoor & Outdoor) and U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Indoor Field Athlete<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.ustfccca.org_awards_jasmine-2Dmoore-2Dflorida-2D2022-2Dncaa-2Ddivision-2Di-2Dwomens-2Dindoor-2Dtrack-2Dfield-2Dnational-2Dfield-2Dathlete-2Dof-2Dthe-2Dyear&d=DwIFAg&c=sJ6xIWYx-zLMB3EPkvcnVg&r=o5LKAX7slotfFMyE71jI7L22NYBIi1-KbRGNSXudTPo&m=cLlZ3hkKn4ASXLu1GWZ7MOeygLr13gZMY9gXPmQ0aPraMrcaV0qAqfYRRrl8n6nz&s=gqfPrRkNlzrHiG_gJmOW7fQKS623Qdv170_Ftpn2JOY&e= > of the Year.
