    HOME SWEET HOME
The Panthers earned their league-leading 20th home win of the season in their 23rd home game Jan. 14 vs. DAL, the fewest games required to reach
20 home wins in club history. Only three NHL teams in the past 65 years hit 20 home wins in fewer games: ANA (22 GP in 2013-14), SJS (22 GP in
2008-09) and PHI (22 GP in 1986-87), per NHL PR. The Cats have won each of their past six games at FLA Live Arena, outscoring visiting teams 36-13
over the course of the streak. FLA has tallied at least four goals in each game, averaging six goals per game. The Panthers six-game home win streak is
tied for the fourth-longest in club history.
    Florida Panthers: Media Notes
    DOMINANCE ON DEFENSE
At least one Panthers defenseman has recorded a point in all 37 of Florida’s games this season, the sixth-longest such run in NHL history, per NHL
PR. The Panthers lead all NHL teams in assists by defensemen this season (90), and their 110 points rank second-most. Five different Panthers
defensemen have recorded at least 10 points this season, tied for the second-most among NHL teams.
    CATS AND BLUE JACKETS
The Panthers and Blue Jackets face off for the first time since the 2020-21 season, where the Panthers owned a 7-0-1 record against their
former Central Division rival. Frank Vatrano led FLA with 5 goals (5-2-7) vs. CBJ last season, while MacKenzie Weegar (1-7-8) and Anthony Duclair
(0-8-8) each led FLA with eight points against the Blue Jackets in 2020-21.
    HUBY SNACKS
Jonathan Huberdeau produced his 13th career four-point game and his third this season Jan. 14 vs. DAL (1-3-4), tied for the most four-point outings
among all skaters in 2021-22. He surpassed the 50-point mark in his 37th game, the second-fewest games required to surpass 50 points in franchise
history (Pavel Bure, 34 GP, 30-21-51). Huberdeau extended his point and assist streaks to seven games (4-14-18), tied for his career-long assist and
point streaks and his second seven-game assist/point streaks this season. He is the only NHLer with two assist streaks of 7+ games in 2021-22. The
native of Saint-Jerome, Quebec leads all NHLers with 37 assists and ranks fourth with 51 points. He leads all skaters in assists (30) and points (37) at
home, and he has produced a point in all but seven of Florida’s games this season.

Barkov’s 10th career SHG, surpassing Pavel Bure (9) for third-most in franchise history. Barkov is tied for the club lead with 15 goals and four powerplay goals, and he is one of two NHL skaters (Gustav Nyquist) with three SHG this season.
