Pistons’ 313 Day tips off with pregame activation in Chevy Plaza at 5 p.m.

Pistons launch DETailed Design Capsule available exclusively at Little Caesars Arena on 313 Day
DETROIT – March 10, 2025 – The Detroit Pistons will host its annual Pistons 313 Day Celebration presented by Ally, a series of Pistons-themed festivities that celebrate 313 Day, a Detroit area code-inspired holiday honoring all things Detroit on Thursday, March 13 vs. the Washington Wizards.
This year’s Pistons 313 Day Celebration tips off outside the arena at 5 p.m. with a pregame fan experience in the Chevy Plaza. Fans will have the opportunity to play on a Pistons Academy halfcourt basketball activation and receive complimentary sneaker cleaning from Clean Sneaker Co. and coffee from Cappuccino Man. Fans also have the chance to receive free giveaways including a custom 313 Day poster designed in collaboration with Detroit artists Sheefy McFly and Freddy Diaz, autographed prizes and raffle prizes and the opportunity to create your own fan credential.
Upon entry, the first 3,130 fans will receive a Pistons 313 Day chain presented by Ally and the first 15,000 fans will receive a PixMob light-up bracelet that will activate in tandem during pregame team introductions, halftime and throughout the evening’s game. As a part of the festivities, Ally is presenting a trading card photobooth station where fans will be able to create their own trading card and will host a local non-profit fair on the upper concourse recognizing seven non-profit organizations that were recipients of their “Relentless Player of the Game” donations for their impact throughout the metro Detroit community.
Pistons’ 313 Day will also feature a special halftime performance by Detroit rapper 42 Dugg.
In celebration of 313 Day, the Pistons are launching the DETailed Design Capsule, an exclusive in-arena apparel line. The capsule features six designs created by three Detroit-based artists – Freddy Diaz, Allison Sims and Rick Williams – that have been manufactured in Detroit by Soft Goods – a Corktown based garment manufacturer that prioritizes ethical employment and reduces negative environmental impacts. Each design intersects fashion, art and how Pistons’ basketball has impacted each designer while showcasing their own unique style. The retail capsule is exclusively available in-arena at the Team Store at Little Caesars Arena on 313 Day.
