DETROIT, Mich. – The Detroit Pistons announced today that guard Reggie Jackson has a stress reaction – lower back, which was determined following further evaluation and diagnostics performed by the Pistons medical team.
Jackson will begin a treatment and rehabilitation process immediately and will be re-evaluated for a status update in four weeks.
