BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic University’s Erica Brok has been named to the 2022 U.S. Beach Collegiate National Team (BCNT).
Brok, a two-time All-American, was instrumental in guiding FAU to a No. 8 national ranking, the highest in program history, and to the Owls’ first NCAA National Championship Tournament, both in 2022.
The Ormond Beach, Florida native is one of 17 women selected and one of three from the state of Florida. She is scheduled to attend the six-day training session, June 12-18 at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center in Chula Vista, California. Chula Vista is the Olympic and Paralympic training center site.
The women’s team will be coached by Patty Dodd, a longtime coach and member of the Beach Volleyball Hall of Fame. Three-time Olympian and reigning gold medalist April Ross will assist Dodd.
